Rockfall protective netting with energy absorption - Gurtnellen Nord

In the course of this project, PORR cleaned and renovated the stonework along a 600m stretch of railway line. After cleaning, steel netting secured by tie anchors drilled into the rock was used to cover the whole face. Rail traffic remained unaffected throughout the works.
