During this project, PORR constructed 139 rental apartments in three apartment buildings with five to seven floors. The ground floors contain retail spaces and commercial areas as well as a restaurant with bar and terrace.
The entire complex is constructed in accordance with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)'s gold standard of sustainability, administered in Switzerland by the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI).
