By 2022, PORR is building the 80 m high Franklinturm with 21 upper floors at the Zurich-Oerlikon railway station. Some of these protrude over the railway tracks. Plans call for 14,800 m² of office space on the upper floors and 200 m² of retail and service space on the ground floor.
The three basement levels will house storage rooms, ancillary rooms, building services and parking spaces.
Certification with the DGNB platinum label according to SGNI guarantees the high standard of sustainability of the building.
