Europaallee, Zurich - Site F

Site F is the largest in Zurich's Europaallee, with a construction volume of around 180,000m³. PORR built three structures here: one free-standing, 16-storey residential tower with retail and restaurant areas on the ground floor, and two further towers rising from a four-storey base building and comprising 6,500m² of service, retail and restaurant areas. The two residential towers have six and nine storeys respectively, with a total of 168 rental apartments. 

The complex is certified with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)'s gold label, administered by the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI).
