In the space of 22 months, PORR constructed a group of eight apartment buildings in the Seefeld district of Zurich. This new construction replaced a perimeter block development constructed in 1911, which was last renovated in 1930.
This project resulted in the new construction of 83 rental apartments, ground-floor commercial spaces and an underground garage. All the buildings are Minergie-certified.
