PORR has been commissioned by VISIONAPARTMENTS, the Swiss market leader in the area of tailored temporary living solutions, to realise a trend-setting housing project. The seven-storey building located in Nauenstrasse has been renovated and converted into a modern residential complex with 127 apartments. In addition, the building offers a restaurant, a lobby bar and public work areas. A fitness centre and a pool with bar on the roof complete the offer. There are 24 parking spaces for cars in the basement.
