More space for new ideas.
Prior to adding the new storeys, Balsberg had usable space of around 61,000m². Dueto the three additional storeys, the building now has a total of around 82,000m² of high-quality floor space.
The greatest challenges on the project included minimising construction site emissions for the current tenants and protecting the crucial computer centres in the existing building.
