Any other use outside the aforementioned contexts is only permitted with the written consent of PORR. The user shall fully indemnify PORR against any claims that may be made against PORR - by whomever - due to the non-compliant use of the material. If the material is published, the author's name stated in the image/video information must be reproduced in such a way that it can be clearly attributed to the published video.
